Measurements:
- Size of Pendant fitting is 48.5mm high x 32.5mm
- Size of the oval cabochon centre inset is 24.5mm long x 18mm wide
- The flat section on the back is 24.5mm long x 18mm wide
You can fill the inset with a picture and cover with resin, or set in a stone or cabochon. This fitting has no loop. Attachment to a necklace would need to be by gluing or by threading through the decoration. There is also an indentation on each side that would take an elliptical stone or crystal for extra enhancement, if desired.
This pendant setting is metalised acrylic & is flat on the back. Metalised means the actual piece is made from plastic & then coated in a metallic vintage look finish. These pieces are very hardy, and don't scratch or chip easily.
Our pieces are part of a bead haul we grabbed around 2007 and they were already at least 20 years old, probably more! New, not used items, of course! They are quite unusual & not something you see in the regular beading market.
