The shape of this pearl is very unusual - kind of pinched on both sides. They reflect the light really beautifully and would enhance any decoration or jewellery piece! They have the most wonderful lustre, and this is where you can notice the difference between a vintage pearl and a modern pearl bead.
Part of a warehouse clearance we did a while back, these beads are old fashioned quality - probably manufactured around 1980s - made back when quality was just kind of expected, not hoped for! The lustre on the coating of these pearls is gorgeous. Beads just aren't made like this anymore ...
These are a pretty unusual shape for a pearl bead. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, bag decorations etc. Wedding settings or bonboniere for wedding or baptism celebrations or the like.
