This bead is so unique in it's shape and patterning! It would be great to use instead of large sterling beads when wanting something fairly lightweight between heavy crystal stone beads! Otherwise, pop them in your projects anywhere you please! They are really really nice beads.
There’s a unique process to making a metalised bead. They don’t look like much, but they are more well-made than you may think! These vintage metalised beads in Bead Shack’s range of beads are old, from a quite famous bead haul we did years and years ago from a Bead Wholesaler who closed down. Not many people in Australia would have these original designed beads.
There are lots of replicas of all old beads, and these are one range of bead styles that have been copied in recent years. However you can tell the different qualities between the old and the new. You just need to feel them and you will notice right away the quality different.
