The shape of these studs is slightly different - they are cupped fittings. This means the front glue in section is shaped to take a rounded bead, or diamond backed diamante bead.
The fitting are brass based with an annealed coating, which means they are safe to use, and very good quality (unless you need precious metal ear fittings due to an allergy).
These Glue-In Stud fittings are from old stock, so the quality is amazing compared to the 'iron' findings that are sometimes sold these days. You will be confident to sell these, or put them in your own ears. Unless the wearer has an allergy to metal, these ear studs will be great. It is unknown what the make-up of metal in these comprises, as they are old stock, but I'm pretty sure the metal is brass-based.
